Go to the regular taxi line and wait until a taxi becomes available. Do not hire people who are not queuing in the line and/or who do not have a taxi sign on the roof of the car. It will probably cost you a lot more than what it should be. Furthermore, if you get checked by the Police, they will take the car and you will have to go down from the car, even if in the middle of the highway.

Taxis are usually available for 1 to 3 passengers. If more than that, please contact the airport taxi coordinator who will get you a bigger taxi for more people and/or numerous pieces of luggage..
